Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product vision and strategy from launch to scale.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand new and existing markets.
- Stay up-to-date with policies and regulations that impact our development and delivery.
- Determine product market demands and create product requirement specifications.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with employers and stakeholders.
- Communicate product features and functions to cross-functional teams.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle and manage product lifecycle from planning to development.
- Work with the product development team to ensure resource availability and deliver products that meet requirements.
- Create and oversee the delivery of go-to-market support material and training.
- Develop promotion strategies with the marketing team to drive engagement and acquisition.
- Establish credibility throughout the customer and partner network.
