About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Fashion Manager to join our team at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. As a key member of our Fashion Partnership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and management of Fashion brand partnerships on NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Global Head of Brand Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue through Fashion brand partnerships.
  • You will manage and develop a team of direct reports within the Brand Partnerships Fashion Team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for securing brand marketing investment and optimizing brand relations to drive revenue growth.
  • You will develop and nurture strong relationships with senior global marketing, PR, and wholesale contacts at all brands within our portfolio.
  • Manage calendar planning and campaign integration for brand partnerships with the wider business, ensuring appropriate brand representation and revenue opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders and channels, including Buying, Content, Social, PR, Site, CRM, Paid Media, and Client Relations.
  • Execute and manage special projects such as exclusive capsules and pre-launches.
  • Support and lead wider business/department growth targets for the Fashion category with brand partner marketing investment.

Requirements:

  • In-depth and demonstrable understanding of the global luxury marketplace.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • 6+ years of experience working with Buying, Content, Social, PR, and Client Relations teams.
  • Experience of team management.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Strong writing and communications skills.
  • Extremely well-organized, methodical, and efficient with numbers.
