About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Marketing Educator to join our Higher Education team at the Fashion Retail Academy. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our students across Levels 4, 5, and 6, fostering industry-relevant skills and creative excellence in Fashion Communications, Fashion Marketing, and Fashion Business.
About the Position
- You will have a Master's degree in Fashion Marketing, Communications, Fashion Business, or a related field.
- You will have a PG CERT in HE Teaching.
- Industry experience in fashion marketing, communications, or fashion business is highly desirable.
- You will have proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in higher education.
- You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fostering a collaborative learning environment is essential for the role.
- This role is suited to a subject specialist who is passionate about delivering a highly industry-relevant and student-centred curriculum.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £42.00 per teaching hour, inclusive of preparation and associated pedagogic work. Non-teaching duties across provisions, including course development work, are paid at £23.85 per hour inclusive.
