As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our online fashion brand. You'll be responsible for developing innovative and engaging content across various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a junior graphic designer, fostering their growth and development.
  • Conceptualize and execute compelling visual campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and on-trend aesthetics.
  • Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for marketing collateral, website content, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm innovative ideas and bring them to life visually.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.

About You:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion or beauty industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Have a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-first design.
  • Experience with video editing and animation is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Be passionate about fashion and possess a keen eye for detail.
