About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Magnetic London Creative Services Ltd. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing creative design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute design concepts, graphics, and layouts for a range of client briefs.
  • Determine the size and arrangement of material and copy, font style and size.
  • Prioritize tasks and maintain effective communication with the team.
  • Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
  • Create final designs, working to deadlines and a defined budget.
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide support to the Agency Director.
  • Distribute workload to other designers when necessary.
  • Ensure all visual work meets Magnetic's high standards of delivery and provide feedback where required.
  • Regularly review client feedback and processes, implementing improvements as needed.

Requirements
  • A degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Strong conceptual and typographic skills, as well as a passion for design, creativity, and the creative process.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective time management and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues.
  • An excellent level of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and committed to quality and professionalism.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, calm under pressure, and comfortable with multitasking to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent software skills, especially in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as strong illustration skills.
