About the Role

Vortexa Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that align with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Content Creation: Develop and create high-quality visual content for various marketing needs, including social media graphics, website designs, email templates, and print materials. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with marketing objectives.
  • Motion Graphics and Animation: Design and produce simple motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities. Ensure these assets effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual content adheres to Vortexa's brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative concepts efficiently. Provide design insights and recommendations to enhance the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Design Expertise: At least 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital, print, and motion graphics. Qualification in design required.
  • Creative Vision: A creative and critical thinker with the ability to develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our brand and resonate with our target audience.
  • Brand Understanding: Proactive in gaining a deep understanding of Vortexa's brand, products, and industry, ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with B2B or Energy Sector: Experience in B2B SaaS or the energy sector is a plus, but the ability to execute outstanding design projects that drive engagement and brand awareness is more important.
