About the Position:

Main Duties:
- Encourage young people to take responsibility for their lives.
- Manage challenging behaviours in a professional manner.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence required.
- Relevant experience in children's residential care or youth work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
