About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to clients in their own homes or residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering person-centered care and support to clients with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Engaging in activities that promote independence, social interaction, and community integration
Requirements
  • At least 6 months' experience as a Support Worker in a children's setting within the last 3 years
  • Development opportunities, including ongoing training and professional development
  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • An enhanced children/adult DBS
  • A valid driver's license (mandatory for this role)
