Residential Care Worker

This Residential Care Worker role involves working as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
The estimated salary for this position is £18,500 - £19,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Residential Care Worker, you will work in a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and knowledge and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
You will be expected to promote independence, respect the dignity and individuality of each resident, and provide emotional support when needed. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and we expect all colleagues to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns.
