Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Support Mentor to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and education of young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in our care.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a Full UK Driving Licence and a relevant qualification, such as L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in supporting children, but a passion for working with children is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE IN OUR CARE WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES
  • HELP THEM DEVELOP NEW SKILLS AND INTERESTS
