Lead Senior Children's Home Worker

We require a dedicated and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment.
As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the manager in the day-to-day running of our children's residential service in Telford.
Responsibilities will include leading by example, ensuring efficient shift operations, and mentoring newer staff members to enhance their skills.
You will also be responsible for encouraging young people to participate in activities and take responsibility for their own lives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- NVQ or QCF Level 3 / Level 4 in Children and Young People
- 2 years experience in a residential children's home environment
- Full Driving Licence
