About the Role:
AWE Plc is seeking an experienced Principal Contract Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the management of new complex Construction Contracts.
You will provide commercial and contract performance leadership to the project team to ensure effective management of project and commercial risk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contractual arrangements
- Managing large complex infrastructure contracts to ensure they deliver value and objectives
- Managing multiple stakeholders and priorities

Requirements:
- Experience of using NEC4 contracts
- Experience of working at a similar level within a comparable organisation or industry
- Ability to manage, motivate and develop people/teams in a matrix team

- Salary: from £60,000 to £85,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)
