VHR Executive is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Executive Search Researcher to join our international technical recruitment company based in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality candidate research to support our clients within the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with candidates through phone interviews and vetting processes
  • Conduct competitor analysis to guide business decisions and support VHR's executive search efforts
  • Map potential candidates within the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering sectors, evaluating their qualifications and suitability for various roles
  • Provide training and mentorship to new team members as you grow in your role
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and precision in research findings
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw meaningful insights from research data
  • Strong networking skills to connect with industry professionals, potential clients, and candidates
  • Ambition to build a prosperous career and eventually lead the department
