Job Title: Radiology Department Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Department Lead to join our team at Spire Methley Park Hospital. As a key member of our Imaging Department, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our radiology team to deliver high-quality diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the radiology team to ensure accurate staffing and meet patient needs
  • Maintain and support the effective use of physical and financial resources
  • Implement and monitor working processes and policies
  • Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, and security
  • Lead on the implementation of IRMER regulations within the hospital
  • Enable people to exercise their rights and promote their equality and diversity

Requirements:

  • BSc Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
  • Experience in RIS/PACS and IEP systems management
  • Passion to deliver high-quality diagnostic services
