Job Title: Radiology Department Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Department Manager to lead our team of radiographers and support staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the department's budget and resources to ensure effective use of equipment and personnel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Trust policies.
- Lead and manage a team of radiographers and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Trust policies.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of staff.
