Job Description:

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Area Sales Representative to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' products across the agreed geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To understand the market and business needs
  • Establish relationships with senior decision makers within the marketplace
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional customer service at all times
  • Develop and implement a clear, structured business plan to manage customers effectively
  • Work closely with internal contacts to manage accounts and build new business
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to resolve customer challenges

Requirements:

A sales background in the Bathroom market demonstrating strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs is essential.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Effective planning, organisation and evaluation skills
  • Customer focused, results driven and tenacious
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills necessary to gain credibility with customers and key stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • IT literate and good level of numeracy
  • A current UK driving license

Location/Area:

MIDLANDS

Salary:

Negotiable + Commission (estimated £32,000 - £42,000 per annum)
