Business Development Manager

Compensation: £35k base salary + car allowance + uncapped commission (OTE £90k+)

Role Overview
This role is all about new business development in a fresh market, with a strong focus on cold calling and outbound sales to bring on new clients. We’re seeking someone with proven experience in generating new business. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively target and identify new business opportunities within the South West
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage prospective clients through direct outreach, building relationships from the ground up
- Sales Execution: Present and sell fleet management
- Market Expansion: Cultivate new relationships to establish Autoserve in the region
- Exceed Targets: Drive results by consistently achieving and surpassing KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in business development, ideally within fleet or automotive sales
- Skills: Strong communicator and negotiator, able to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential
