Role Overview

This role is all about new business development in a fresh market, with a strong focus on cold calling and outbound sales to bring on new clients. We’re seeking someone with proven experience in generating new business. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively target and identify new business opportunities within the South West
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage prospective clients through direct outreach, building relationships from the ground up
  • Sales Execution: Present and sell fleet management
  • Market Expansion: Cultivate new relationships to establish Autoserve in the region
  • Exceed Targets: Drive results by consistently achieving and surpassing KPIs


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in business development, ideally within fleet or automotive sales
  • Skills: Strong communicator and negotiator, able to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential
