Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the South West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the area.
Key responsibilities will include selling automatic doors to Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Architects working on commercial projects, as well as managing existing projects won by our specification team. You will also be closing business deals with QS's, Project Managers, Designers, Estate Managers, and Contractors.
The ideal candidate will have a construction sales background, be organised and structured in their approach, and possess superb communication skills. A full driving licence is also required.
We offer a competitive salary package including up to £50k basic salary, plus a performance-related bonus of £17,500 in year one, company car allowance of £5,100 per annum, pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and a comprehensive phone and laptop package.
