Regional Motor Portfolio Manager Opportunity


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Portfolio Manager to join our Commercial Insurance business in the London and South East Region.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and oversee the creation and delivery of the Region's Commercial Motor business plan
  • Develop and implement strategic contacts and relationships across the market
  • Lead and mentor a team of underwriters to deliver high-quality business and develop technical capability to keep pace with growth and market opportunity
  • Manage complex non-standard underwriting arrangements and technical motor underwriting expertise
  • Support the team in winning and retaining business through coaching, training, and technical referral sign offs
