Business Development Lead

* Leading, mentoring, and developing the commercial team to foster a high-performance environment
You will work closely with our commercial director to achieve our business objectives, and your contributions will be vital to our continued success.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £85,000 - £90,000 + package, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a company car or car allowance, regular company-wide events, and a great performance-based bonus structure.
