About the Role

SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Fir Tree Lodge. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, sight loss, and complex health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to participate in a wide range of activities.
  • Ensure good working practice, including understanding and awareness of health and safety.
  • Promote independence and develop skills, assisting with daily tasks and activities.
  • Work positively with other agencies, parents, carers, and services to ensure person-centred care.
  • Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans.

About Fir Tree Lodge

Fir Tree Lodge is a residential care home that supports 10 individuals with complex needs. Our residents enjoy a range of activities, including day trips, music concerts, and accessible adventure playground. We also have a hydro-bath and sensory sessions available.
