Business Systems Analyst

Join the Window Systems Division as a Graduate Business Systems Analyst and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the administration of key business systems within our division. As a Graduate Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with the ICT team to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support for business systems, including ERP, Warehouse Management, and Time & Attendance.
- Coordinate second-line support with third-party vendors and manage support contracts.
- Develop and promote the use of business systems within the organization.
- Write reports using System Report Writing Tools and SSRS.
- Provide user training and support.
- Manage system enhancements and projects.
- BSc/BA degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Microsoft Business Central ERP support and administration experience.
- SQL Server administration experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution operations.
- MS Office 365 Office Apps, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Cyber security awareness.
- Project Management.
- User training.
- Creating technical documentation.
- Experience in Process/Change management.
- Delivery of projects to support the strategy of the organization in a timely fashion.
- Continued maintenance of ICT Business Systems to ensure security and availability to agreed service levels.
- Positive feedback from management and peers on job performance and teamwork.
- Ensuring Helpdesk requests are resolved to service level agreements.
- Action orientated – Able to deal with problems in appropriate time frames.
- Driven by results – Decisive, confident addressing problems and opportunities, challenging activities to improve performance, demonstrate willingness to challenge accepted methods and standards.
