Business Systems Analyst

Join the Window Systems Division as a Graduate Business Systems Analyst and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the administration of key business systems within our division. As a Graduate Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our ERP Business System, Warehouse Management System, Time & Attendance System, and Group VAT Reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st line support for business systems and coordinate 2nd line support with third-party vendors.
- Manage third-party support contracts, including monitoring of service level agreements.
- Develop and promote the use of business systems within the organization.
- Write data reports using System Report Writing Tools and SSRS.
- Provide user training and support.
- Project manage system enhancements.
- BSc/BA degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Microsoft Business Central ERP support and administration.
- SQL Server administration.
- Experience of Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution operations.
- MS Office 365 Office Apps, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Cyber security awareness.
- Project Management.
- User training.
- Creating technical documentation.
- Experience of Process/Change management.
