We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences at Wide and Wise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Sales Process Management: Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Present and demonstrate product offerings tailored to client needs.
- Performance and Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth objectives.
- Market Feedback: Provide feedback from the market to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in enterprise sales with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- CRM Software Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Results-Driven Approach: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Teamwork: Adept at working independently and as part of a team.
- Tech Experience: Experience in technology or SaaS sales is an advantage but not necessary.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as required by client and business needs.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
