Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Tripadvisor. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents.

About the Role:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, chat, or phone.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where necessary to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and technical best practices to provide expert-level support.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Italian language skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
