Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
  • Conduct training needs assessments and analysis

  • Manage training budgets and resources effectively
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in training or teaching
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
