Job Overview:

As a Fitness Advisor, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes, providing one-on-one training sessions, and motivating and supporting members in achieving their fitness goals. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead group fitness classes, including spinning, aerobics, and Pilates.
  • Conduct personal fitness assessments and create customized workout plans for members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe fitness environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
  • Meet performance targets related to class attendance and member engagement.


Requirements:
  1. Educated to HND level in Health and Fitness.
  2. Level 3 or equivalent Gym Instruction/Personal Training or Group Exercise qualified (including in ETM, Spin etc).

    Salary: £11.65 per hour (£23,850 per year).
