Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Team Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus a £3000 welcome bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes life assurance, pension scheme, 'Your Wellbeing Matters' programme, and work-life balance options.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a clinical team and contribute to the development of empowering environments where adults can flourish. As a Senior Clinical Team Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of members of the onsite clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans, and holding the therapy caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the line management of members of the onsite clinical team
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex profiles of need
  • Hold the therapy caseload with support from the clinical network
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Support the integration of services in day-to-day running
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
