Clinical Negligence Senior Associate Opportunity

Our client, a top-tier UK international law firm, is seeking a Clinical Negligence Senior Associate to join their Birmingham office. This role has arisen due to recent growth and expansion, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of fast-track and multi-track matters
  • Assisting Partners on high-value caseloads
  • Working with a range of clients, including public and private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and insurance companies
  • Opportunities to get involved in inquest and regulatory work

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of PQE experience
  • Previous clinical negligence experience
  • Strong knowledge of clinical negligence law and procedures
