About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Performance and Reporting Manager to join our Defence team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and continuous improvement of performance reporting processes, developing performance and reporting management plans, and leading teams of project controls professionals to deliver effective performance information to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Reporting: Develop and implement performance reporting processes to create efficiency and increase benefits to our clients.
- Performance Management Plans: Develop performance and reporting management plans for our clients based on project requirements, maturity, and best practice.
- Team Leadership: Lead teams of project controls professionals to deliver effective performance information to our clients.
- Change Management: Drive the implementation, embedding, and roll-out of changes to Performance and Reporting processes.
- Reporting Systems: Appropriately select, implement, administer, and maintain Performance and Reporting Systems and procedures.
- KPIs and Performance Measures: Lead the definition of KPIs and performance measures dictionary.
- Training and Coaching: Train and coach clients and less experienced team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.
- Line Management: Undertake line management activities, including career development and performance management.
Requirements:
- Security Clearance: Hold valid security clearance (SC) or be able to obtain it.
- Project Controls Experience: Practical experience of implementing Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting and analysis.
- Software Skills: Basic familiarity of some Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys, etc.) and experience in using data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading small teams.
