About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. As a Pharmacy Technician Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and dispensing of medicines, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and accuracy check all aspects of the aseptic services process
- Work closely with the lead technicians to coordinate service delivery, training, and quality assurance
- Prepare non-sterile and sterile medicinal products for specific patients
- Check components and labels for accuracy and completeness
Requirements
- Registered with the GPHC as a Pharmacy Technician
- Significant post-qualification experience in dispensing medicines
- Portfolio of evidence for continuing professional development
