Job Description

Talent Acquisition Role

GAP Talent is a leading supplier in the UK to many of the largest professional services firms globally.

We have an exciting opportunity to work in our Caribbean division, serving clients across hospitality, travel, marketing, and commercial sectors. As a talent resourcer, you will source and screen top talent for exciting positions across the Caribbean and provide exceptional service to our business partners.

You will be based out of our Guildford office in a hybrid working arrangement, working three days a week in the office.

To succeed in this role, you will need recruitment or HR experience, as well as any travel or hospitality exposure. Strong communication skills and high levels of organizational skills are essential, as you will be working with talent across the globe.

This position is focused on talent acquisition, not client acquisition or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Employer branding: Promoting the company as an employer of choice by maintaining the careers page and social media presence, and attending industry events

An attractive above-market rate base salary is on offer, plus a bonus for each candidate successfully sourced.
