Join GAP Talent as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and take on a challenging role in our Caribbean division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent for exciting positions across the hospitality, travel, marketing, and commercial sectors. Your expertise in recruitment or HR will be invaluable in developing strategies to attract the best candidates and building relationships with potential future hires. You will also play a crucial role in promoting the company as an employer of choice through employer branding, maintaining our careers page and social media presence, and attending industry events. In return, you will receive an attractive above-market rate base salary, plus a bonus for each candidate successfully sourced. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. As a Hybrid worker, you will be based out of our Guildford office, working 3 days a week in office.
