GAP Talent is the Number One supplier in the UK to many of the largest professional services firms globally. We have an exciting opportunity to work in our Caribbean division, serving a host of exciting clients across hospitality, travel, marketing, and commercial sectors.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening the world's best talent for exciting positions across the Caribbean and providing best-in-class service to our business partners.

You will be based out of our Guildford office in a Hybrid working arrangement, working 3 days a week in office.

We are looking for a Recruitment or HR experienced professional with any travel or hospitality exposure as an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with English as a 1st language, and high levels of organisational skills.

This role is focused on Talent Acquisition, not client acquisition or sales.

Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, building relationships with potential future hires, and promoting the company as an employer of choice by maintaining the careers page and social media presence, and attending industry events.

An attractive above-market rate base salary is on offer, plus a bonus offered per candidate successfully sourced.
