GAP Talent is a leading supplier to the largest professional services firms globally. We're excited to offer a unique opportunity to work in our Caribbean division, serving clients across hospitality, travel, marketing, and commercial sectors.

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent for exciting positions across the Caribbean. You'll provide exceptional service to our business partners and be based out of our Guildford office in a hybrid working arrangement, with three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop recruitment strategies and build relationships with potential future hires
* Employer branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by maintaining the careers page and social media presence, and attending industry events

Requirements

* Recruitment or HR experience is preferred, as well as any travel or hospitality exposure
* Excellent communication skills, with English as a first language
* High levels of organizational skills
