Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening the world's best talent for exciting positions across the Caribbean and providing best in class service to our business partners. You'll be based out of our Guildford office in a Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days a week in office.

Key Responsibilities

* Developing recruitment strategies and building relationships with potential future hires
* Promoting the company as an employer of choice by maintaining the careers page and social media presence, and attending industry events
* An attractive above market rate base salary is on offer plus bonus offered per candidate successfully sourced

Requirements

* Recruitment or HR experience would be preferred as well as any travel or hospitality exposure an advantage
* English to a 1st language level is essential as well as high levels of organisational skills
* Please note this position is purely focused on Talent Acquisition, not client acquisition or sales
