About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at PIB Group. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for generating quality leads, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing effective lead generation strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A competitive salary of approximately £38,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.
