About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving their IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Resolve IT-related issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
- Document and track incidents, service requests, and problems using our ticketing system
- Monitor and update the incident management queue to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rotational shift and provide 24/7 support
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
