Job Title: Head of Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our Senior Management Team as Head of Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in the high-quality leadership and management of our operational objectives, supporting the Director in achieving strategic objectives that aim to improve trauma-informed policy and practice in relation to women living with multiple disadvantages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and leadership of new projects and services, ensuring long-term sustainability of the organization.
  • Effective management of contracts, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to drive strategic objectives and improve organizational performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
