Head of Supply Chain Opportunity

We are partnering with a luxury consumer products company to find an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join their leadership team. The business is undergoing a period of growth and transformation, and they need someone to lead their supply chain operations with a strategic vision.

About the Role

As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of our manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery. This includes planning, procurement, and supply chain management. You will need to be a strategic leader who is equally happy doing the daily activities required in the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the supply chain team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans
  • Manage relationships with third-party contract manufacturers
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Requirements
  • Experience in a senior supply chain position, ideally in luxury/premium consumer goods
  • End-to-end supply chain management experience
  • Strategic leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve measurable results
