Austin Fraser is looking for an experienced Administrative professional to join our team in Bournemouth. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SEN department. Your main responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating Annual Reviews and 3-monthly reviews for new students, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Maintaining up-to-date SEND student record data, pupil folders, and completing records for SEND reviews.
  3. Distributing regular information to staff, parents/carers, Local Authorities, and external agencies.
  4. Liaising with teaching staff, link schools, parents, the Local Authority, and external stakeholders to collect relevant SEND information.
  5. Providing administrative support, including covering reception, answering the reception phone, and assisting the admin team, primarily outside of term time.
  6. Overseeing data entry onto the Behaviour Watch system and managing fleet and student bursaries.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs – essential.
  • Experience with the Annual review process – essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in Administration – essential.
  • Minimum Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English – essential.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications – essential.
