We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team in Boscombe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning: Create dynamic and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential.
- Student Support: Provide individualised support and guidance to students, promoting their academic and personal development.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to create comprehensive support plans for students with SEN.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and development, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a relevant qualification in SEN education or equivalent experience.
- SEN Experience: Have previous experience working in a SEN school setting.
- SEN Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of different SEN needs and effective strategies for supporting students.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
- Dedication to Inclusion: Show dedication to promoting inclusion and equality in education.
