Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Therapist Liaison Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with associate therapists, educating and providing feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with associate therapists to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide education and constructive feedback to therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all risk is discussed and escalated appropriately to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
  • Ensure adherence to Consent and Data Protection Act regulations at all times.
  • Coordinate communications with relevant parties to ensure efficient case processing and timely discharges.
