We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our Performance and Analytics team in Edinburgh.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving queries, and providing technical expertise on performance measurement systems and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the resolution of client queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and coordination.
- Provide technical expertise on performance measurement systems and methodologies, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Attend and lead client service reviews, discussing key performance indicators, service issues, and project updates.
- Manage and execute change management activities for clients, ensuring correct documentation is obtained.
- Update client activity plans, business development plans, and client onboarding plans.
- Participate in new business activities, coordinating the implementation of new clients and ensuring all required legal documentation is executed.
- Represent the Performance and Analytics team at meetings, both internally and externally.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in the financial services industry.
- Client service experience is advantageous.
- Project management experience or education is an asset.
- Knowledge of performance measurement systems and methodologies is an advantage.
- Degree and/or further degree in a mathematically related subject.
- CFA/CIPM/IMC preferred.
