Job Summary:

SRG is partnering with a leading biotechnology company to find an experienced Analytical Development Scientist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a seasoned team and advance your career in the field of biotechnology.

The Role:
As an Analytical Development Scientist, you will be responsible for supporting assay development activities, primarily ELISA's, validation, and technical transfer of these methods to the QC department. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting complex ELISA development projects and their progression through validation
Performing replacement of ELISA reagents for established methods in accordance with Change Control documentation
Applying specialist technical knowledge to train other members of the team
Supporting the successful technical transfer of projects from development to QC where required
Preparing quality and project-specific documentation to a high standard, including SOPs, protocols, and reports
Ensuring stock levels are maintained within the Assay Development laboratory

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A BSc/HND in a relevant scientific discipline
Experience in performing and troubleshooting assays (ELISA) is essential
Experience in preparation and review of documentation, such as SOPs, protocols, and reports
Knowledge of Assay Validation in accordance with ICH guidelines
Experience of technical transfer
