Winning Deals with Mindverse Consulting Services

The Sales Specialist (Commission Only) shall be responsible for securing staffing deals within their business territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cross-selling our other products/services to customers, increasing earning potential.
  • Receiving recurring commission on every deal closed, payable monthly after revenue realization from the customer.
  • Recurring commission is payable for any renewal of the staffing contract.
  • Receiving necessary technical training free of cost to leverage cross-selling opportunities.

This role requires strong sales background, particularly remote work experience (calling and emailing potential clients), and a good network of prospects. Self-motivation and passion for person-centric sales mechanisms are essential. Additionally, understanding UK contract and permanent staffing laws is vital.

A self-employed individual registered with HMRC and having own VAT, TAX, and Bank Accounts in the United Kingdom is required.
