Care Scheduler Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Care Scheduler to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating efficient and compliant rotas using a computer-based roster system.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in rota management and scheduling, and a proven track record in coordinating within a domiciliary care setting. You will also have a driving licence and transport, as the role requires frequent travel to meet with clients and staff.
In this role, you will work closely with our Recruitment Team to future workforce planning, utilising our extensive talent pools. You will also be involved in identifying new opportunities to help grow the service.
The salary for this position is £25,400, plus benefits including a generous bonus scheme, 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and free parking. If you are a proactive, compassionate individual with a strong commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
