About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Part Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide a welcoming and efficient service to clients, answer telephone calls, and undertake data entry and uploading of documents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk and administration support to the clinical team.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to messages in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Undertake data entry and uploading of documents to the client management system.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and notes archiving.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to GCSE levels or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
  • Experience in general clerical/administration and reception duties working with the public.
  • NVQ or administrative qualification such as ILM 3, 4 or 5.
