About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional PRISON HEALTHCARE MANAGER to lead our occupational therapy team in providing holistic care to service users within the prison establishment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To oversee the delivery of occupational therapy services, ensuring they align with NHS standards and guidelines.
  2. To manage and develop relationships with internal and external partners, including healthcare providers and social care services.
  3. To contribute to the maintenance and development of the trust-wide occupational therapy service.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy and professional registration with the HCPC.
  • Extensive experience working in mental health settings, preferably within forensic environments.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, plus an RSU allowance of £1,446.
